Happy Monday all!
Today I woke up an hour early and had some extra time to put together a quick post of one of the Monsters Ball polishes from China Glazes Halloween offerings.
This darling was so hard to photograph I’m starting to think my camera is ready to be replaced. It can’t handle dark glitters anymore and the autofocus is highly unreliable. I had to take these photos with flash, because without it this looked blurry, jet black and flecky. Like photos of a highway at night, taken in the rain, while trying to find a gas station. Barefoot. That’s not a good setup for a pretty picture… But I swear it is a very pretty polish.
Howl You Doin’ is a warm toned purple jelly with blurple and hot pink same sized glitter. But what makes it really pop are the tiny light pink metallic flakes. I wish I could convey to you how pretty it is.
This was two coats plus top coat, easy application and nothing to complain about. Usual China Glaze formula, reminds me a bit of Stroll but with a better formula and larger glitter + flakes.
Must throw in a blurry one just to show you how the colours come off. This most definitely is a purple polish, not a black leaning one like my pictures suggest. I might be caught wearing this more than once.
Purchased with my own funds
from PolishAlley, 8 SGD
approx. 45 SEK or 7 USD.
Uh-Oh! Me need. Men jag måste verkligen hålla mig. Otestat-skåpet är proppfullt.
Jag gillar när du har en massa otestat, det blir så mycket bra blogginlägg då :D
Love the name and the polish is ok :)
Joey Tribbiani :D :D
